Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child

by Ms. S on December 11, 2009

My daughter is two years old as I write this post and I have referenced Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Child often throughout her various stages. The book has provided me with effective guidance on how to manage my daughter’s sleep habits. The book provided sufficient context and examples to get me comfortable with letting my daughter cry it out during certain times. I wish I had read this during my third trimester! It was instrumental in helping us establish healthy sleep habits, which I have seen as being instrumental in my daughter’s health and well-being.
