While nine months pregnant, I’ve been very congested for the past couple of weeks, having caught an illness from my two-year old daughter. I have been using my neti-pot about every 45 minutes and don’t know how I would have managed without it! It’s been such a savior for me, I have often times wished that my daughter could have a similar source of relief. After a bit of Googling, I found the videos below, which includes a child as young as three years old. Who knew that children could enjoy nasal irrigation!
